Our Exoracing Honda K20 K24 flush Spark Plug Covers are meticulously crafted in the United Kingdom using only the highest-quality materials. To create this cover, we begin with an expertly laser-cut 3mm thick aluminium blank where the bolt holes are then countersunk. The blanks are then folded with precision to fit the unique contours of the rocker cover. Our skilled crafters take great care to ensure minimal gaps and perfect fold angles.

Then they are powder coated in black and placed on the laser engraved to get our signature Exoracing design etched onto the flush spark plug cover.

To ensure that the cover sits at the correct height, perfectly matching the rocker cover, we provide aluminium spacers and a pair of countersunk stainless steel M6 Torx bolts. These components are designed to work seamlessly together, allowing for a snug and secure fit.

Follow our step-by-step guide to install our Exoracing spark plug cover correctly. If you're unsure about any of the steps, please get in touch with a professional mechanic.

1. Remove the OEM spark plug cover by removing the four nuts on top of the rocker cover holding down the cover.
2. Remove the OEM spark plug wire plastic cover, allowing the spark plug cover to sit flush.
3. Remove the two OEM studs on the top of the rocker cover (if you're using which ones, line up the plug cover; there will only be two sticking up through the holes. You should be able to use a stud extractor to remove these, but be careful as the engines are old, and some are very seized!
4. Place a spacer under each bolt hole, and line up the new flush spark plug cover. Then install the two torx bolts and tighten them, but be careful not to overtighten them as you might strip the threads.
5. After a few heat cycles, check that the bolts are still tight and that you're ready!
6. That's it; you've installed your brand new Exoracing spark plug cover. Remember to tag us in your photos on social media, as we'd love to see it installed in your engine bay!

• Remove the plastic spark plug wiring housing and the OEM rocker cover studs to get the spark plug cover to sit perfectly flush.
• Please ensure that the bolts are tight after a few heat cycles. We have had customers lose bolts by not checking.
• Make sure to remove the plastic spark plug wiring cover, as leaving it on will not allow the spark plug cover to sit flush as intended.
